Wagglet is operated by Rockbite Games. Writing to [email protected] reaches a person, and that is the support channel for anything on this page.

Wagglet is a beta service. It is free to use while it stays in beta. If that ever changes we will tell you before it applies to you, and nothing you have already stored becomes hostage to the change.

Being a beta means features move, screens change, and the occasional thing breaks. We keep backups and we take them seriously, but a beta is not a place to keep the only copy of anything you cannot lose.

You sign in with a Google account. A workspace belongs to a company: it is created by the first person to sign in with a Google Workspace account at a domain no team has claimed, and anybody else at that domain joins it automatically. Anybody outside it joins by invitation.

Team admins control membership. They can invite people, set what each person may do, and remove somebody from the team. Being removed takes away access to that workspace; it does not delete your account, and work you created or ran keeps your name on it.

Use it for work. Do not use it to break the law, to attack the service or the people on it, or to store other people's personal data you have no right to hold. Do not try to reach another team's workspace — if you find a way to, tell us and we will fix it.

You keep ownership of what you put in. You give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running the service for you and your team, and for nothing else.

The service is provided as-is during beta. We do not promise it will be available at any particular moment, that any specific feature will keep existing, or that it fits a purpose you have in mind. We may change or withdraw parts of it, with notice where the change affects you.

We may suspend an account or a workspace that is being used to damage the service or somebody on it. We will say why.

You can stop using Wagglet at any time; leaving a team is one click on your profile. Deleting a whole workspace and exporting its data are done by hand at the moment — ask, and we will do it.
